Your data protection rights (GDPR)

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) grant you a set of rights over your personal data. At OCIRIA you may exercise them free of charge at any time.

Your rights

• Access. Know what personal data we process about you and obtain a copy.
• Rectification. Correct inaccurate data or complete data that is incomplete.
• Erasure ("right to be forgotten"). Request that we delete your data when it is no longer necessary or you withdraw your consent.
• Objection. Object to the processing of your data on grounds relating to your particular situation, including objection to direct marketing.
• Restriction of processing. Request that we suspend processing while a complaint is verified.
• Portability. Receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, or have it transmitted to another controller.
• Not to be subject to automated decisions that produce significant legal effects without human intervention.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.

How to exercise them

Write to us at [email protected] stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity. We will respond within a maximum period of one month from receipt of the request, extendable to two months in particularly complex cases, in which case we will inform you of the reason for the extension.

Complaint to the supervisory authority

If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), located at Calle Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid, or through its electronic headquarters at www.aepd.es, or before the data protection supervisory authority of your country.
