Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) grant you a set of rights over your personal data. At OCIRIA you may exercise them free of charge at any time.

How to exercise them

Write to us at [email protected] stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity. We will respond within a maximum period of one month from receipt of the request, extendable to two months in particularly complex cases, in which case we will inform you of the reason for the extension.

Complaint to the supervisory authority

If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), located at Calle Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid, or through its electronic headquarters at www.aepd.es, or before the data protection supervisory authority of your country.
